Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt .

In accordance with European regulations, customers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Pawra is voluntarily extending this period to 30 days in order to offer more flexibility.

Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.
