Shipping Policy
Shipping times
After your order has been validated and payment has been received, it will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 4 business days. This period begins on the business day following order confirmation and receipt of payment.
Delivery times
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 calendar days. These times are indicative only and may vary depending on the carrier, the destination, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery methods
In accordance with current Belgian legislation, several delivery methods are offered to the customer before order confirmation. The available options and their corresponding delivery costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
Order tracking
After shipment, a confirmation email is sent to the customer with tracking information when available. The customer is responsible for tracking their package until delivery.
Responsibility and risk transfer
Once the order is shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the transport of the package is transferred to the delivery company. Any risk of loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring during transport is the sole responsibility of the carrier.
If you receive a damaged or opened package, or a broken item, it is your responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping company, in accordance with their terms and conditions. We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs after the package has been picked up by the carrier.
The customer is strongly advised to check the condition of the package upon delivery and, if necessary, to make reservations with the carrier or refuse the package if it is obviously damaged.
Delivery delays or failures
In the event of a significant delay or non-delivery, the customer is advised to contact the carrier directly with their tracking number. We remain available to provide the necessary information but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the delivery service.
Additional information
The delivery times indicated do not include delays due to exceptional circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions, customs controls or logistical disruptions.
